I started Moonlight Saferides because everyone deserves to feel safe after dark. As a woman and LGBTQIA+ ally, I know how important it is to feel comfortable during late-night rides — and how rare that can be.

After driving with Uber and Lyft since 2019, I kept hearing the same thing: “Thank you, I’m so glad you’re a woman.” That stuck with me. So I created a service where safety, kindness, and community come first.

I’m building a co-op of vetted drivers who share this mission. Right now it’s just me, serving the greater Houston area with late-night rides — but I’m ready to grow. When more drivers join, we’ll expand into daytime service too.
